Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping adults heal, grow, and thrive.
I believe therapy begins with trust, safety, and feeling truly heard. When you continue to make the same mistakes in relationships or feel stuck in toxic relationship patterns, codependency, poor boundaries, or communication struggles, it can be hard to know how to make lasting change.
Therapy offers a space to understand those patterns, where they come from, and how generational trauma and past experiences may still be impacting your relationships today. I have worked in the mental health field since 2006 and have spent years helping clients navigate trauma, relationship struggles, and the patterns that keep them feeling stuck.
Through a compassionate, trauma-informed approach and evidence-based practices, I support adults in processing trauma, improving emotional regulation, strengthening boundaries, and building healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I believe healing happens through both insight and connection. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change is possible. While therapy addresses serious pain, I also welcome humor when appropriate, because healing can include moments of relief too. My goal is to help you break unhealthy cycles, improve communication, and create more secure, fulfilling relationships.
